    You're right to be careful about given personal data in a public site!! Here in the Community, you should never share your email address, for instance. Regarding the Player ID, there's no problem- we've checked it.

    You can also write a private message if you feel more confident, and yes, you're also right when you say giving out the rewards is something our Player Support team does; here in the Community, we can collect the ID and pass them to the Studio and the Player Support team to help you and make the process faster and easier. ☺️

    Furthermore, I will open a new thread about this issue and post your messages there now, so that both problems- Bubblegum Hill on one hand and other features on the other- don't get mixed up.

    I'll ask the Studio about this. So far as I know, they are doing different tests during these weeks, and this could be related to it.

    Hello @mfnpa and @ROBCamra ,

    You both say you had the Soda Summer/Lemonade Lake event and it disappeared from your game.

    Did it come back? According to the Studio, when the timer is out, it might take up to 1 day for some players to get to the next step of the event.

    If not, can you please send me over your player ID (you can send me a private message if you like) and a screenshot? The Studio needs those to investigate the issue. πŸ˜…

    thank you for responding. only saw Lemonade Lake last weekend … successfully completed … never saw again. seems to have been replaced with Bubblegum Bridge.

    Hello, I have months that I do not receive any reward, I do not appear to start a career and all the sweets I earn just disappear.

    @edeni Hi and welcome. What device are you playing on, have you checked you device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device, then log back in. See if your issues are still persisting
