What's gone wrong?

Each time I open the game, it reverts to Games 1-40. I'm on 1149. I have to come out and go back in. Also, the game has become incredibly slow - tiles keep hanging and the game will then sometimes freeze. I've tried it on Chrome, Edge and Firefox but always the same. This started about 2 weeks ago... I've removed all cookies and cache, then re-started but all to no avail. Help please. Thank you.

@Madhouse Hi and welcome, see that you have done most of the general trouble shooting tips. Not sure why you are getting all these issues but will pass this on to the CM to see if there are any known issues. Have you tried the Win 10 app version of the game . wonder if you may get less problems from this.

Thank you for offering to pass it on. I haven't tried the Win 10 app version - not sure how to. I only play on my PC. Regards.

@Madhouse Hi PC Go to microsoft store and download windows 10 candy crush saga from there. You may find it works better
