No internet connection on some parts of the game

Level 2

There are parts of the game that i am told that i am not connected to the internet. Like the race the board. I have done everything that i was told. i still come up short!!!!! HELP!!!

    I'm having the Same issues it's very frustrating as I will lose the progress 😔

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.


    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

  • Same issues here. I've been dealing with this for sometime and NONE of the fixes listed work. It is VERY frustrating. Doesn't matter whether I'm on wifi or cellular network. And I KNOW the internet is working because I often have music streaming in the background.

    @LinDon1959 @anna2020 @anna2020 Hi and welcome, what device are you using, there are some know issues that they are trying to rectify fix at present with some of the features. If you have done the general troubleshooting tips. i think you will need to be patient on waiting for a fix for some of these. I play using windows 10 app and find i have less issues with the game using this

    I have done all the trouble shooting I can!!! I am playing on a desk-top Windows 10 Dell computer platform. I still get a no internet popup any time i try to use the gold bars, the race, the board, the gumball machine, i can not play the weekly contest. I can not win any BOOSTERS. I GET NO INTERNET for all of these, but i am planely on the internet. Also my PROFILE is missing!!! I am not sure my game is being saved!!! I thought about uninstalling and reinstalling but i am at Level 2830 in the SODA SAGA and i do not want to go back to zero!!!

    @LinDon1959 Hi, if you uninstall you should not go back to zero as you should just need to log back in with your account and you should keep your level and gold bars and if you have any problems there are ways to recover your level. the profile thing i am guessing is the same as Saga where its a facebook problem with spinning avatars and avatars not loading. king are working with facebook to try to find a fix for this but there is no time frame to this.

    Can i ask are you playing via facebook or windows 10 app

    Hi and welcome to our wonderful king community. @LinDon1959 .

    Very sorry to hear about issues in your game. It looks like your game is crashed. And i am not sure that you have any other option left except reinstallation. However if you do so your progress will not be lost ( if you have already linked your game to either facebook or king account). The only thing you will lose is your boosters and stored lives. Progress can be recovered even in the worst scenario by the help of our kind CM through manual restoration if you didnt save it.

    Can you reply back if reinstalling the game works? I'd like to know. Because it might be the game server problem.

    Log out and log in again to the game Delete the temporary storage memory Make sure that your account is synced to the game and that you are connected to the Internet
