Thank you for the screenshots. Right now the Studio is aware of this problem and they are working on a fix that will probably will be live next week.

Basically I accepted 11 lives from friends tonight (Within 2 hours) but only 3 lives are allowed to be used. I think this is pretty unacceptable.

Like I said, the Studio is aware of it and trying to fix it asap. So please have a bit patient and you can follow any updates in the main thread. Thank you 🙂.

I'm also having the issue of getting 1 life from friends when it says 4 friends sent me lives. I'm playing on Android mobile game version is 1.174.4

Been having the same issue for a few days now. It’s extremely frustrating only getting 1 life at a time.

I play frequently and I have not been getting proper refills on my lives that friends send. It gives me 1 when 5 were given. Please help!

there is a thread at top of support page. the complain was sent to the studio.
