Why does the game only give me one life when 5 of my friends gave my lives

Thanks for the pictures!! It looks like the bug is only in Facebook. I am in Kingcom and it is running normally. I hope that everything will be moved to one thread. Because there are many Sopieler who have the problem.

There are errors in the game regarding this matter because there are many players who send and receive souls from their friends every time they need souls, and this creates tremendous pressure on the game for that cause this burden an imbalance in the game servers

I have lives issue recently. There are two situation, 1) accepted 2 lives from teammates, but ended up, remained zero live; 2) accepted 5 lives from my friends, but ended up, only 1 live was given.
this is not the first time issue, and it happens more often recently! That’s why it makes me to leave a comment here!!
I wish your team can look into this issue as I scrolled down, some people are having similar problem.

I have amazing friends that give a lot of lives! However, when I’ve gone to claim them for the past few days, I’m only getting one! I’m losing lives when I do this! Please fix this!!!

But I only received ONE life. Why all of a sudden is this an issue. YOU have purposely made this happen so that people would buy lives. I for one will NEVER pay any money for this. SHAME on YOU

I am so sorry you have the life issue 🙁. The Studio is aware of this problem and they are working on a fix that will probably will be live next week. We have a main thread about this problem here: Why do I get only 1 life
