Unfortunately we are facing this issue. Many players have reported it. And already game team and our CM is aware of this. But as it is weekend so just have patience and soon we will update about this issue on our main link

This is a known issue. The studio is looking into the fix. There is a main thread about it. Check it out from time to time to see if there is any update.
