And, please do not worry about taking screenshots. It will be OK! Since you have given your game ID number to our friend @Sukanta_Biswas, the Community Managers can find out what's going on.
Once they enter that number into their system, they can find out how many levels/episodes you have won, etc.,

If you feel you're still no receiving some rewards in your Soda game, please send us a screenshot the next time you earn a reward and we can check again. ๐

In candy crush friends, I just played a gold rush over the last 3 days or so that said receive "3 gold bars for passing 3 levels, 10 bars for 10 levels and 15 for 15."
I passed about 30 levels on the first day. Now I got a pop-up from Tiffy saying I didn't win anything. What gives?
I should have 15+ bars
