Hello and welcome to our community @Strawberrypie, that is indeed an odd graphical quirk.. try clearing your cache and stop the program if you leave it running in the background, then reboot and see if that helps.. let me know if you still experience this issue ok.

Hello @AlejHerrBar2k3, that reason has logic but my lady got the vampire tiffi well after Halloween? I was short less than 25 stickers for santa when he disappeared!? And I am also still collecting for Rudolph but only unlocked him a few days ago?

Hello and sorry to hear you are frustrated @AnnR63, I have heard of the connectivity issue before but yours seems to be a bit different.. I shall kindly ask @QueenMia to see what she thinks will help with this occurrence, I hope things work out for you as you are obviously a big fan of king games

Hello and sorry to hear you had to view that @DoLeMi, I myself don't have any ads while playing the game nor have I heard this from other players? Try a cache clean and see if that fixes the issue

Hello and happy new year @Rei, I also was about to complete the sticker set before santa disappeared.. also had rudolph misty being collected but that set stayed? I myself am not able to answer this question so I shall ask @QueenMia if she has heard of this happening
