Hi, My phone was not crashing, the candy crush sega was crashing. I have a brand new iPhone 7 and candy crush sega is been synchronized to my Facebook. So why I lost all my boosters? Hi, I also experience the same problem. the game was restarted due to prompt on connecting to fb. Previously, it didnt connect to fb account nor emaiI. It was at level 266. @cezdiamond could you please help me restore the level? thanks. I will send you a message :-)

Am playing on a laptop (Hewlett Packard). I believe I am playing on Facebook. Which level are you currently stuck on?

So if I am understanding correctly, once the application account and the Facebook account synchronized, my nephew would have to create a new application account that then his progress can be restored back to. Yes this is right :-) Thanks!

Hi I played Candy Crush Soda yesterday and managed to get past a hard level, think it was 299. Then today when I opened the app I'm back on level 1. I was not connected to facebook, is it possible to get my levels back? Hi Sandra- I will send you a private message too :-)
