Good morning As from yesterday this game does not load at all.he screen flashes up and then disappears.Working perfectly fine for years until I tried yesterday.Exact same thing happens on my sons laptop .Both running Windows 11,1tb ssd and 32mb of Ram.Other Candy Crush games ok.

Hi, Have logged in and out etc.Switched device on and off etc.Can log in to my account via bt Jelly Saga but cannot do so via Candy Crush Saga or Soda Saga.Still Crush Saga NOT connecting to apps store

Update. Started the game and logged in to my account.This has now reset my progress to where it left off yesterday .😄

Thankyou. Where do I find the updates please? Internet connection is very good with fibre to the cabinet.Sat on about 60mg.Laptop has a 1tb ssd with 32gb of RAM.

Tried to start the game again this morning and lo and behold it has come back but unfortunately has reverted back to the very beginning.I,ve lost all the original progress.Is there anyway toreturn the lost progress please? Thankyou
