  • The problems not on your side. It's on Candy Crush's end. We're all experiencing the same problems as you. When the first update last October occurred that's where the problems began and nothing's been fixed since. So NEVER do anything on your end. You may lose some important stuff.

  • Same. We were told solutions will be fixed the beginning of the year. I have since given up on that hope. Most of the sound effects have been missing since last October. A lot of side challenges have disappeared long before that. Looks like nothing will be done so because of that I barely play this game like I use to.

  • My comments on voicing sentiment with others who have been experiencing issues with this game won't post. The Valentine and Bubblegum challenges have both disappeared. My game streak is messed up and the Characters voices haven't been back since last October. What's going on here?

  • Updated to the newest update...don't know what the point was because there's still a lot of sound effects missing. Haven't played this as much as I use to since the first update in October messed everything up.

  • Just updated this morning 11-15-25...Characters voices STILL NOT FIXED. The only character who's voice isn't messed up is the one I don't like and that's Rachel's. The first Yeti's voice works which I like. It's been close to a month now. More than 3 updates have taken place but NONE have fixed the characters voices.

  • I'm guessing nothing is going to be done about what was removed during the last few updates. This is why I hate updates...They have a tendency of making things worse.
