That's not the real 12590 but its the Music level from Concert Chaos. You can wait for the event to expire but will make you lose the race. Try again otherwise until you pass the level

It also knocks out orange candies when you fail a level. One day at the 2800 ones, after I was forced to lose a life due to glitch, it knocked me out to 1000 candies

Yet you can't create a Jelly Fish on 14997 due to its board layout. Frog and Colorbomb are the key points of 14997 to clear out the swirls and regular candies do not spawn in the place where the swirls exist.

This level is designed to be finished with at least 27 good moves in its current state as 1 Sprink spawn per move and 35 are required. Maybe so. The last time I've got Candy Royale I was at the 178xx level range. So I guess they don't offer Candy Royale at 18K+ yet as after I reached there Candy Royale went dark to me (aka Candy Royale Disappeared).

This issue always occurred to me while playing on Android lately (Even without Concert Chaos!, didn't got the 30min Lollipop when finishing a Map Milestone) but not on Windows in where I always got the 30min Lollipop when finishing a Map Milestone, even with Concert Chaos! So definitely a bug.
