Thank you Ametro, you have given more explanation to this terrible situation in almost 8 weeks!. It helps somewhat to know that King are just bringing about all these changes erratically & randomly. I wonder if anyone there knows just what is happening?. I suppose that all this sorry situation is just in King's hands.

Unfortunately this doesn’t work for me. I play on iPad and airplane mode doesn’t work, I have to be offline altogether ( to save space/morts)and even then I cannot reset a level. Hi Eileen, I haven't been given anything back, it remains the same for me:no chance to reset the quit button before a game & NOT making a move & lose space/morts every time unless you win a level. How is it for everyone else?

I have just done an update.....mine remains the same .... No quit/reset and one go or lose everything !. Still no response from customer care . After all these weeks, I am now really thinking that this is how it is going to be.....but again only for the select few. Has anyone else been given anything back? .

Elsa As you are aware, this has been going on for weeks now and I would just like to know how you find out your information?. If you possibly can get somebody from customer care to confirm ANYTHING, so that our “select few” can decide which way to go. As for me, if you get this message King, I DO NOT WANT TO BE A TESTER…
