Elsa, Have you heard any more? Loosing the quit/reset hurts more than space dash/morts. It seems such a long time since it went! Has anyone got any further news please?

Has anyone ever had a direct reply from customer care please? Also I see there is a tick to say it is resolved, obviously that is incorrect, the question is NOT ANSWERED so please keep trying to help. Thanks Jackie

It seems that King have taken away the reset and closing down to keep space ship etc to a growing number of people BUT not everyone. I can’t get any confirmation from customer care, or any reply to several emails! , so now to play is made hopeless. I suspect that King are having a cull. I just wish that someone somewhere…
