Ok update. Not good news but at least its a progress update. They discovered the fix wasn't quite as clear cut and while fixing some, are working on others. It sounds like a house of cards! Hi @kimzinnie apologies for the delay. You might have had a response already but boosters don't sync with the game. Unlike Facebook where they are saved in the game, on devices, they are saved within the device memory so if you reinstall, they get wiped too. The level should be correct now, is that back as it should be?

Hi @Tonya_Scanlon sorry for the delay. Were you connecting through Facebook? I know they have been trying to fix the game so it could have been that if it is working now.

Don't do anything drastic yet @Bipley Did you check for updates, force quit the game and reopen it? Could you let us know which device/version you are using please to play the game on. And how much free space you have. It all helps with diagnosing the issue. Let us have a word with the community manager and see if we can…
