Open the game. Click on the circle with 3 lines in. This brings up a menu, click customer support. Personally I would choose the events option and choose any option then, scroll to the bottom and choose chat with us ๐

This is quite an old thread now but don't you get the daily bonus with a chance to earn boosters? There are side games on everything except facebook so if you are not seeing them, go to the app store and check for an update ๐

It is probably a good idea then in this case, to contact the player support team directly through your game. They can have a look at your account and see if they can see what is happening, in ways we cannot here. ๐

Good evening @jancor and welcome to the community. You use beans to buy shovels before you press play. As long as you have zero already, you can buy 3 for 250 beans. They also activate companions, the three animals with checkmarks. They tell you how many beans they cost under the image.

As a side note, are you still logged in and a green tick for connection? I mostly am ok personally on the windows app, its usually on a rare occasion when there is a connection issue I cannot do anything.
