We do sometimes disable PGB on levels that could possibly create Oopses, but we also don't want to hinder players from using the boosters they want, so it's always a balance. Hi Peter, I would love to know under what circumstances you got your Oops on this level. The first move made should remove the top rainbow twists, since they are all connected and only one layer. The level should then be open and the bottom would open up in the next few moves. I would love to know how this happened!

The spawnrate is not secret, it's always the same and it can be calculated. There is, however, no visual indicator as to what the spawnrate is. This goes for all spawners 😊

It's not random, there is a set spawnrate for ingredients to spawn in. I can take an extra look at this level for you though! 😊

This is true! For some levels it's intended to be a factor to think about, but on some levels the cherry or acorn can accidentally end up in a dead-space, and that is something we want to avoid 😄

Please let me know what level you are referring to! We are always looking for ways to improve levels and fruits getting stuck is something we don't want. A lot of older levels have this feature (we are much more careful nowadays to make sure this doesn't happen) so if you let me know what level(s) I will write them down…

The level difficulty is worked towards a target and is based on player data, so even if you find a level hard, the average of all players indicate that levels like 9039 and 9036 are medium-difficulty and are tweaked to keep that same average.
