• Hi there! Progress and gold bars are connected to your King account (email address) when signing into the app. If you log in you should be able to restore them :)

• Hmm, it sounds like it tried to give you the bars without a connection to the internet. Unfortunately if that is what happened you might have lost them. I'm sorry :(
