Actually, it's a frog! You match candies of the same color beside it until it starts to glow, and then you click it once, and click somewhere else on the board to move it :)

It looks like your app is glitching out. Try rebooting the app and your phone to see if that helps.

They made this change a couple of months ago, unfortunately. It's permanent :( They felt we could get too many, I suppose

It might activate if you just keep playing. Features like those tend to be quite random, unfortunately.

Which boosters do you think you are not getting? Can you share a screenshot?

You don't have to pay money, it's completely optional!

It does update for some people - try replaying the level and signing out and back into your King account within the app.

Is your app connected to the internet? Can you see other people's scores and whatnot? Also, make sure your app is up to date :)

Try playing a little bit, sometimes you just need to clear a few levels for a feature to activate.
