Hi there! It appears there are some issues with the servers at the moment, see below! However, sometimes I find logging out of your account and logging back in solves issues, or deleting your app and reinstalling it :)

Are you connected to WiFi or your data? What does the error message say? It may be a good idea to log in and out of your account. And if that doesn't work, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app.
