They mentioned points you need to advance to another level. What screen/location do I look at to discover how many points I have acquired?

Toussaint73 Does the program display the opening screen? If it does, open the PROFILE tab. It contains your information, and you can retrieve or change your password.

Toussaint73 Not sure. Do not uninstall the program. Just reinstall it. Are there passwords or other identifying keys maintaining your account? Is it just associated with your device? i.e. PC, tablet, phone? Reach out to King's support group and inquire with them.
