Hi Eli, Did this happen on Facebook or on mobile? If it was on Facebook then I suggest you start by clearing cache and cookies in your browser, then reloading the game. You could also try the game in another browser - for instance Vivaldi, Firefox or Edge.

Hi Haley, Sorry to hear your iPhone is having issues with the game. What kind of software update did you do? You might have to roll back the update and check if that will solve the issue.

Hi Diana, I've seen your previous post and was hoping the factory reset would fix the Kindle. You might have to look further into the Appstore connection failure error message. Once the Kindle is working correctly you should be able to download, install and run all games without further issues.
