  • Hi Kimbob! Did you win the beans while playing on Facebook or King.com? Items such as boosters, beans and messages with lives cannot be cross transferred between devices or between platforms.

  • Hi Eric, Are you on Android or iOS? Try switching from WiFi to mobile data to see if it's the Internet connection that is the issue.

  • Hi Tracey, What happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error message? If possible the try switching from WiFi to mobile data to see if it works from there. Please also check if you have the latest version installed from the app store.
