It appears to be all the levels, although I too find it very uncomfortable so I have not played much since this problem started. I reinstalled but the problem is still there.

Sorry, I was at work and couldn't reply immediately. I closed all other apps and restarted. I also have way more than 2 gigs available. The problem is still occurring. I haven't tried to reinstall the app. Soda Saga v 1.111.4 iOS v 11.2.6

I would like to hear the designers discuss the issue of whether each starting pattern is truly winnable, because it certainly seems that there are many cases that even from the start are not possible to clear given the number of moves and other factors.
