I'm not having a problem with ads. My screen goes black after playing on level on both the win 10 app and FB. Is anyone else having this issue?

To be honest jelly is my least favorite. Level are too hard and boosters are hard to come by. I don't use many boosters at all because I only have about 5 of each. Why is jelly so stingy with giving boosters?
