I'm not having a problem with ads. My screen goes black after playing on level on both the win 10 app and FB. Is anyone else having this issue?

It's back on my FB page now but just like on the win 10 app I have to close out after playing a level as the screen goes to black. Any advice?

I'm currently playing on the win 10 app but am only able to play one level at a time. Have to close out after finishing a level as screen goes to black. Is this still part of their technical issues?
