Hi Ajay, Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Get Google Chrome and set it as your default browser. Make sure you close other programs and tabs. You can also play in an incognito mode in Windows, and play through king.com too. Two months without is a longtime if you ask me!

Well done Latonia, No worries. They just released this game so I bet there will soon be more levels to play. I believe they release a new episode for Candy Crush Saga every two weeks, mainly on Wednesdays. I hope they will do this for Jelly Saga too.

Hi Art, Did this happen to you more than once on this level? Check for updates for your device and apps and do a restart. If this keeps happening, maybe try to add a screenshot too. You can also try to beat this level on PC.

I think they generally release an episode every two weeks, mainly on Wednesdays. At least, that applies for their other games I believe.

What level are you struggling with? I love playing against the Jelly Queen although she can be a bit eh, annoying. You have to think very well about every move because you don´t want to be spreading her Jelly for her.
