I hope they leave the Help Desk alone, Gods knows what would happen. Just look at how bad they screwed up the Microsoft Help Desk. I haven't been able to redeem Microsoft Reward Points since August 30th.

I will hope they change it back to. And if not I can take all the money I'm not spending in Candy Crush and donate more to the Veteran's Food Bank.

Hi Toddy, I agree, but I will keep after them. Meanwhile the money stays in the wallet (their loss). So far Candy Crush Soda Saga (I find it way more fun, less childish) is still Landscape. They switched it to Portrait for about a day a year ago then switched it back when people started complaining,.

Sorry msjessica, but I wish to humbly disagree. The stars you receive for Bake a Cake also count for Rescue Buddies. If you are doing all the baking you are also collecting all the Stars, (very important if you are max'ed out on levels like me). But I do agree with some team members not contributing. I would try the Help Desk, but without screenshots it is doubtful. That's why you never reset or uninstall/reinstall the game. Doesn't help if the game is accidently deleted, but like I said try the help desk. Also continuous games play is permanently gone, sorry.

Best to contact the Help Desk, they are actually very good, nice people also. Take screen shots of the issues, When you first contact them you cannot add them, but when they send you an email then you can attach the screenshots. Good Luck.
