No, it was via e-mail. I simply received the standard answer to reset phone after clearing cache. I then tried to rephrase my question hoping for a different answer but the second response was the same.

@Pitty_Kitty Thank you for your reply. I did contact support - twice - and both times I got an automated response telling me to clear my cache and restart my phone. This isn't helpful. I'm not sure how else to contact them and get real support. Open to your suggestions

I feel exactly the same way. I have been playing for many years and up until this recent change it WAS my favorite game. King took away approximately 200 lives from me and it all coincided with this new system of requesting lives. It is no longer fun
