If the moderators here cannot get the studio/developers to do anything - what hope do we have 🤷♀️ I wonder: Are all KING GAMES as poorly serviced and updated as Bubble Witch 2? It is appalling customer service.

the lives that come from you are useful as if you click it, it will reappear in around a minute. I love it ! But with the recent issue where many of us lost all or most of our lives my lives from me have disappeared.

sorry you are experiencing this; there are several posts about the issue. Pretty bubbles - one of the moderators - has referred the issue to the relevant team and is awaiting a response.

If there is a limit on how many lives we can have - King Games should have a cut off where we cannot receive so many lives. Simple.

I was informed by support losing lives can happen following updates if we have too many lives - first I had heard of this.I had way too many lives due to a SPAMMER who somehow was able to send me hundreds of lives! Gratefully the support team were able to block him from my game. Good luck all.

I used to have that and I love it - it’s like a never-ending life as it refreshes every minute or so! Sadly I lost it in the recent BW2 update - along with a lot of lives from “friends” - a bunch of people I have no idea about. If players had real friends they maybe more considerate when playing Nero’s quest.

not for me; I too play on iPhone; my only recent issue was losing a bunch of lives. Good luck and I hope you can get assistance.

LOST LIVES - after receiving the new levels and closing the game 8 hours ago - I check this morning and I have lost my lives - except from an annoying spammer who selfishly sends 100s of lives I should be able to block.
