Heres a lovely picture of the challenge. Not sure to what benefit it will be for you. And I have Wifi connection, have cleared cache daily. If I have to uninstall the game, I m not reinstalling. Too many defects and in 10 years I've never had to contact support as frequently as I do now.

Yes. And a boatload of other problems. Its near to impossible to play the game. When I did get ads alot of them froze with no option exit, and even when ad was reported the only way to move was to close the platform. Thereby losing progress and time.

I have issues ongoing with ads starting and freezing with no opportunity to exit other than exiting the platform. Thereby losing time, if its a time challenge or progress if its not.

Do you mean the two prizes that pop up when you sign in? If you're not getting that, try clearing your cache.

This happens weekly. Even when cache is cleared. This is a LONG standing issue, with no resolution.

Totally agree. Maybe have default so that if a player is not active for 24 hours their selection opens back up. Really tired of getting blocked by two other players that wont play.
