@Lady_Choo I am logged in with Kingdom and tried to join several teams but they had reached the request limit so I created one but don't have any teammates yet. The free lives messages were very nice to have and I would use them when I would binge play for hours. π

Thank you @Lady_Choo. I emailed support early on when the issue began and was referred to check the Community where I read that the unistall/reinstall was an option to correct. What's done is done...I can rebuild boosters but will never get the free lives back because I'm no longer on FB. Having had 241 saved, guess youβ¦

FYI, I didn't do anything to fix or solve the lost connection issue. I decided to wait it out after losing booster and free lives from uninstalling/reinstalling, so it would be nice if they shared the cause and solution but my prior experience working with IT support on problems is that they don't provide the details.

Just checked and working now. Would like to know what the issue was. Anyway, really frustrated that I took the recommended suggestion to uninstall and reinstall...it might have saved progress for the level but lost ALL boosters and messages with free lives. Lesson learned, never again. Would be nice if support replacedβ¦

I'm experiencing the same since last Thursday, 5/6. I emailed support and received a generic reply that referred me to the community. Some messages recommended to uninstall...big mistake. I lost all my free lives messages (241) from when I used to play on FB and all my rewards. Very, very frustrating...I emailed again withβ¦
