Sorry you are having this problem. Will you please turn off your phone, let it sit for a few seconds, then turn it back on, that should do a reset. Lets see if that works. Please be sure that you are using the correct email and login for King. Also please make sure you have a stong WIFI Please let us know if this works 💕
