I haven’t played since the change to portrait. But I don’t want to delete the because I’m still hopeful that someone at King will realize it was a horrible mistake and give us the landscape option.

What customer service representatives? I don’t think Candy Crush has any! They probably got rid of all of them because they don’t care about their customers and they don’t plan on doing anything about the complaints.

Apparently King Studios if fine with discriminating against the elderly and physically impaired people who want to play their game. Not a very nice company if you ask me.

The corporate boiler plate response from King is that the change to portrait view is to keep the game “entertaining, as well as of the highest quality”. Well, you have not achieved either of those goals. You have only succeeded in spoiling the experience for many of your CUSTOMERS.
