I don’t know what you’ve done, but the latest update has solved my problem. I am still unable to log into my account & it says there’s no internet. But at least I can now play the game & I haven’t lost my levels. Thank you

I spoke too soon it seems Candy Crush is now also affected. It was working until I updated it this morning.!!

Yes I agree. They just seem to advise you to uninstall the game & reinstall it but as people have already said this results in you loosing your progress. Thanks for that. You are right I can’t get my user Id as it freezes before that. I was reluctant to reinstall as I will presumably loose all the levels I’ve completed.
