• Mine has just gone again!! Had to delete and re install and lost all my bonuses again!! 🤬. This is soooooo frustrating. Why aren’t King sorting this out 😡😫

• See previous comments about this. Try deleting and re installing. You will loose your bonuses but not your progression.....well that’s what happened for me.... There doesn’t seem to be any permanent fix for this from King!! Good luck 😉

• Deleting and reinstalling has worked for me on both my I.phone and I pad but it does keep happening so there is obviously some sort of glitch/problem. I also loose my bonuses but not my progress so will just keep playing but hope a solution is found…
