You may have came across some events that give out deck parts for a specific card deck. Some of them give these deck parts out even if you have already obtained the card deck that these deck parts unlock. Take the last chest of the base Daily Tasks for instance in where you get coins plus one Jelly Bean/Red Card deck part.
However, if you try to get these deck parts while you have already that card deck that would be obtained by obtaining these deck parts, you'll instead gain an extra Free Entry Ticket as seen below
If a card deck needs 10 deck parts to be obtained and you get it in its entirely (Like the grand prize of the Great Climb), you'll instead earn 10 additional Free Entry Tickets as seen in the picture below (11 in this case as this prize also gives one Free Entry Ticket and the additional 10 are because the card deck it would give is obtained already)
It is a different story with the color bomb card deck parts found in the Great Climb. Those card deck parts give out a card deck part of a card deck that you don't own, so it can be called as the random card deck part. I've unlocked many card decks that were only available on past premium season passes, like the Friendship deck shown below.
But if you have earned all card decks, the color bomb card deck parts are also substituted with a free entry ticket
Hope this one resolves any problem that mention why they earned additional Free Entry Tickets beyond the ones given by a specific event chest.
