Thank you, Jo. I'll ask them, as it doesn't really make sense. I can send them a shot of the screen where it's frozen (and this usually happens several times before the game crashes), but this would hardly need a video. This is the only game I play which keeps crashing, usually about once a month. I would suspect my phoneโฆ

In the advice of Support, o uninstalled and reinstalled my game and received standard compensation for lost boosters, as I couldn't provide a screenshot if my inventory (not surprising as I couldn't open my game!). I have been asked to video my game next time, but don't know how I'm going to do that, asโฆ

More information on boosters and blockers would be useful, but please get rid of all of those special offers etc (and the interference by Candy Royale) which waste the timed boosters, especially when some are only for 5 minutes.

Hi @kiara_wael. Level 1000 is my favourite. It is fun to play and is an excellent level for quests requiring large numbers of candies. I'm just glad I don't have to scroll down from.Level 16000!๐
