Hi all :waving: Thanks for reporting! The level should be working now :+1:

Hi @stepygat50 - you mentioned that you're playing on a browser. Candy Crush Friends Saga cannot be played on a browser so if you could confirm what's the name of the game you're playing? Also if you could describe the issue a bit more, please: What happens when you try sending out lives?

You should be able to send lives from the "heart+envelope" icon right next to the friend. Once the icon turns green, the request is sent off. If you're having issues with it, let me know and I'll be happy to take a look. :eh:

@simonj could you double check what's the game version that you're using? You should be able to find the version number from your app settings or Google Play Store. Thanks!

@a@aikane35 Sorry, I was referring to another member on this thread that didn't see other friends on their top player list. This is for all: On this new platform, lives are sent out now without a separate send button. Once the send lives icon has turned green, the life is sent.

Hi I'm moving this to Candy Crush Saga page so it's in the correct place :)

Hi @alpaslanaktas34 :waving: If you're referring to Sugar Drops (the Candies that you collect that are wrapped with a "C"), we're running some test with them. I have merged your post into the main post so you can read all about it and be updated on the matter.
