Sorry all booster are stored locally on devices and are not backed up :( changing devices or reinstall will not bring them to new.

Hi you mentioned you installed a new game? Boosters are store locally on devices so reinstalling your game would removed them :( If it was not a reinstall and it logged onto a different account try logging out and then back in with your normal account
