Lady Choo, I appreciate your reply to my post. I followed the instructions to exit the game and restart the device twice but it did not work. It is still showing zero suns and zero water droplets. There should be 114 suns and 96 water droplets accumulated so far which I have yet to use. I am at a loss.

I am not seeing it today either and the time for the event has not even expired yet. The event showed up yesterday and I won 4 levels but never got the 3 gold bars as promised.

I received this message too and passed 3 levels with boosters but there were no gold bar rewards to be had. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the level I was at originally and that was 1282. I hope the prize of 3 gold bars will be awarded for completion.

What should I do when quests are completed and it is time to claim prizes? I am not sure why there is no compensation for prizes not being awarded through no fault of mine. I had to use boosters such as baskets, gloves and watering cans to finish levels and complete quests with the thinking that I am going to get them…

Hi QueenB, It happened again and Macy-2 is exactly right. I had 3 quests which I completed. Two quests awarded 100 silver coins each and I received those but not the 2 baskets for creating 30 Carrot Super Cropsies. I have screenshots for your perusal. Please help me get my rewards. I am now owed 2 gloves and 2 baskets.…

Hi QueenB, My User ID is 6630961816 and I am playing on a LG V20 Android mobile phone. This is the first time that I have experienced a prize not being awarded for completing a quest. I wish I had taken a snapshot of the rewards but did not think that a problem would arise. I hope this information helps. Thank you.
