@pjr24 I tried a lot of things. I'm back on, but lost boosters, game play, etc. I uninstalled game, reinstalled game, closed game on my phone, opened game on Facebook but on my computer, played one game, reopened game on phone and am playing. Also, I went on King.Com and did a bunch of searches and trials. Sorry I can't…

I updated the game. Trial and error, trial and error - and maybe some mean thoughts - worked. Thanks to @dianakotori and @Laflor for your encouragements!

Were you able to get this fixed, @pjr64? Today, this exact same thing happened to me. Level One. Yikes! But, like you, my password and name work so we can post here….

well, I uninstalled and reinstalled. I can log in to my account (hence this post), but can't log in to my game. Anyone have any help ideas? I wrote to support. But, I don't usually hear from them….

Mine does not say Grow a pet, but there are counters when I play the weather challenge, so I might need to reinstall the game. Update - I now have Pet Rescue and Grow-a-Pet, although I lost all my log in, credits and rewards info. Oh, well. Beats Petopia….!! LOL

Oh, thanks. I understand now that I see it. When I play, the counter doesn't start until the bubble on it breaks

I posted the link several times. But since some people seem to get petopia, some still get mystery mountain, maybe the survey only went to some. But, that's why I re-posted the link which I saw. I wanted to see fair results.

Thank you,@dianakotori. I'm still not sure what they are, but assumed it was in this month's petopia. Which said had only a day left, yesterday, but it's still showing. Ugh. I want to play pet rescue this week before petopia comes February 1.

What are 'timed' objects? I haven't played this month: waiting for Petopia to be gone.
