  • There is nothing that we can do here on the site Dafne. This happens to most of us and the only option we have to is to play and try to pass the level again.   • I know there was a bit of an issue recently with the 3 extra moves. People were not seeing them in the their game etc. To me it sounds like you have lost your connection with the internet or facebook/kingdom as you need to be connected to receive these items. Just something to check.

  • I was gonna suggest King.com as normally it's easier to progress there. Try removing the game from Facebook (your progress will be safe) Just delete it from the menu on the left, clear your browser cache and re-add it, see if this helps.

  • What do you mean 'black area'... Can you post up a screenshot so that we can see. I think if its any game that you have then its probably related to your tablet rather than Candy Crush in specific.
