So the game is constantly crashing? Try closing all your apps, check your file and memory settings, make sure your tablet isn't full and has a little free memory so the apps can run smoothly.

It could be that the new levels have just come out on facebook so if you're playing on mobile... you're not gonna get to play them for a few weeks.

New levels will come, just be patient. This is such a popular game. I've been playing Blossom Blast recently, have you tried it yet?

Take your game over to King.com. I promise you that on there the players are so much better at helping with tickets etc. Just visit the site, sign up and sync your game in the settings and then you're good to go.

I wouldn't say that this was a glitch, just game design. If the level can still be passed without the extra +5's then in my mind there is no glitch because it doesn't affect the aim of the game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9SCGIZvd3ik

I'm sure it has 18 moves right? Like in this version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pajFCsC-v8E Maybe they have updated the level again, but hopefully this helps.

But it goes away after a second or so right? I mean its there but it clears and then you can see the board and make your move from there. At least that's how mine works :)
