The level itself won't load? Can you tell us which device you are playing on please.

Hi apologies for the delay in a response. You don't need to log out of the older device as you can play on more than one device at the same time. Once logged in your progress and game currency will be there. The only thing that won't be is your boosters, as they stay on the device you earned them on. So log in on your newβ¦

Hi just to add if you are playing on a browser, you might need to clear cache and cookies too. Unless you are playing on the windows app version? If you are using a browser, I find to avoid these types of conflicts and messing about, if you use a different browser with your log in each time, to the one your husband uses,β¦
