Its likely a connection issue. We cannot help you with bluestacks as although used, its not supported. However as regards Facebook, have you tried clearing cache and cookies from your browser?

Sorry you did…..I will pass it back to the CM, but just to let you know that unless more players report the issue its harder for them to diagnose and find the issue. Have you got your player ID too in case they ask?
