You cannot actually clear individual app cache unless you delete, reboot and reinstall the game but I would only advise doing that if you have no saved boosters and are currently logged in, so you can log back in and get your progress back. Hiya, playing on a browser? The game will do it automatically although if it isn't, you need to clear cache and cookies just to check. If you are playing on the microsoft app you can check for updates in the microsoft store 😊

Hi and welcome to the community. You can not update flash player as it is no longer supported, but the good news is the games are no longer using Flash anyway, so that isn't the issue. You're playing on a browser I assume, on Facebook? Have you cleared all king cookies and the browser cache recently?

You are using the browser aren't you, not the microsoft app version of the games? I had that issue when I used the app that's why I ask. As for a long time I couldn't log in using facebook as it said my cookies were outdated but they weren't.
