Good afternoon and welcome to the community. Can you access your player ID? Have you checked your device store for updates and also your game app store for updates? Are you logged in via the kingdom or Facebook?

Hi and welcome to the community. The adverts are currently not available to all players while still in testing. They are often moved around between groups so others get the chance to test. I know its annoying, but the game is playable without them as many of us have never had them 😊

If you are using it on a mobile device, you need to go to your device app store and update from there 🤗
