Hi and welcome to the community. You can earn freebies sometimes by playing some of the events that the game runs depending on which device you use. Also you're shovel, tractor and doggy booster will recharge every so many hours. Make sure you buy shovels before you start the level to help too as these only cost beans 🤗

Hello and a warm welcome to the Farm community! You can use green beans to buy shovels before you start playing the level. (as long as you have none already) 250 beans gets you 3 shovels, and those shovels are useful! Let us know if we can help with anything else 🤗

Hey @Kat-6 Sorry I just saw that our CM had replied but I have been away for the weekend, so apologies. She asked if you could give us your player ID and she can look into it. Go to your profile from the cog, double click on the king logo and it will give you a number.

I'm going to tag @Lynette but it might be a good idea to message player support from within the game to see if they can see where they have gone. have you tried logging out then in again?
