Cleaning cache alone should not do that. I do mine often do. It sounds like you are cleaning cookies too. That would do that. Make sure you uncheck cleaning cookies as well as it will be turned on by default 😊

You will need to accept the cookies as you just cleared them. Seeing as the majority of people are playing without issue, its likely to be something on your device that is stopping it.…

Ok. While I understand its frustrating. We are hearing and reporting complaints but it is Easter weekend and the community managers only work office hours. We are unlikely to find out before next week why its gone.
