Oh that is annoying. It needs to connect to save progress properly. Can I ask you to uninstall it again. Go to settings and apps and find the play store app and clear the cache there. Then clear your phone cache. (Not data) Turn your phone off for about half an hour, then restart it and redownload the game. It should askβ¦

Edited to add, it was updated and changed to 12. Check for updates if you haven't already. Make sure you have 2GB free. If that doesn't help, please come back and let us know the make and model of your device, the operating system version, the game app version and your player ID please. Good morning and welcome to the community. It sounds like it possibly needs updating, have you checked for any updates in case they changed the requirements? They do that a lot. I will tag @Lynette as well while I go and hunt for one of her videos, to see if she knows of any issue π

Good morning and welcome to the community. You just need to log in using your previous saved message, so if you used the kingdom, you need your email and password. If Facebook, just use that log in. Progress and currency will be restored but the only thing that will not carry over are boosters as they are saved within theβ¦
